Who We Are

Furniture MineEmmaus Furniture Mine is North Staffordshire's leading & largest furniture re-use charity that helps families set up home through low cost second hand furniture and council referrals.

From 1st September 2017, we are part of Emmaus Potteries and the newest member of the amazing Emmaus movement in the UK supporting the most vulnerable people in our society.

As a local charity, all furniture donations that we receive are re-used to benefit people in North Staffordshire, helping them set up home or find that piece of furniture that completes their living room.

Each year Emmaus Furniture Mine:

  • Collects 5,000 donated items
  • Helps 3,000 customers
  • Prevents 450 tonnes of waste going to landfill
